This nominee leads by example, setting a high standard through their work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence. Their contributions are not only reliable and impactful but also inspire those around them to excel.

They naturally influence teams and colleagues through their proactive problem solving, collaborative spirit, and ability to guide others with confidence and humility. Their performance clearly reflects strong potential for continued growth within their organization, and their trajectory shows they are poised to take on greater responsibilities and future leadership opportunities. This rising star embodies the qualities of dedication, talent, and forward looking leadership that this award seeks to honor.

MMASC members are encouraged to nominate fellow members (or themselves) for this award. The recipient must be a current Full Member of MMASC. To verify membership status, please email membership@mmasc.org.

Nominations are due by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 2026. Winners will be recognized at the MMASC Women’s Leadership Summit on September 17, 2026, in Pomona, CA.
