Once my application has been accepted and I’ve paid for the program, how do I select a Mentor?
Your application will be administered by the executive recruitment firm of Peckham & McKenney. You will be provided a list of approved and trained Mentors from which to select an individual that best fits your needs. You and your Mentor may execute a Mentor/Mentee Agreement to ensure an effective relationship through direct and frequent communication and updates with your Mentor as you progress through the program. In meeting with your Mentor, you will review your background and experience in order to develop a customized program that will address core skill areas (5) as well as additional electives (3) upon which to focus. Your Mentor will also provide advice and counsel relating to appropriate courses.
