Banishing burnout and building momentumOne of the most popular ways to describe 2020 was "dumpster fire", and 2021 so far isn't shaping up to look a whole lot easier. Pandemic fatigue, virtual meeting burnout, stress at home and in the workplace... it's a lot. This session is designed to give you a bit of a break and a whole lot of strategies for navigating the challenges of low-level stress and high levels of uncertainty. This session is geared towards high achievers looking for easy-to-implement strategies to level-up your life (at work and outside of it!). Get ready to engage and interact - it will make you think as much as it will make you laugh. We'll focus in on hitting the reset button and laying a foundation to make 2021 our best year yet.
