CF Ojai 2.pngStart your day off right and join Crossfit Ojai for a free and fun workout! This one hour session will consist of 15 minutes of warmup and active stretching followed by 30-40 minutes of conditioning and will conclude with a 10 minute cool down. The conditioning will consist of mostly body weight exercises, e.g., push-ups, sit-ups, lunges and squats. Come work up a sweat before delving into Thursday’s educational program sessions. Be sure to wear sneakers and loose fitting clothing.

Hiking Ojai.jpgPut on your hiking boots, clear your mind and take in the Ojai Valley sunrise with a great morning hiking excursion. Just under three miles of clean trail, the Pratt to Foxen Trial Loop is appropriate for hikers of most skill levels featuring spectacular views of the Ojai Valley, a moderate climb and fairly steep downhill switchbacks as you make your way back to the trailhead. Located approximately seven miles from the Ojai Valley Inn, hikers are asked to meet outside the main entrance of the Inn near the loop no later than 6:30 a.m. to meet and arrange a carpool. Hikers should wear appropriate footwear, bring plenty of water and be prepared for bright sunlight (sunglasses), and heat (layers of clothing).

Driving Directions from Ojai Valley Inn

From the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa turn left onto Country Club Road, Turn Left onto Ojai Avenue, turn left onto Signal Street, stay on Signal Street past the s curve (do not go right onto Grand Avenue), Turn left on the dirt road marked by the Los Padres National Forest sign and park in the lot at the end of the road.
