As the leading regional association for emerging local government leaders, MMASC strives to provide its more than 800 members with learning experiences, networking opportunities and guidelines for professional practice. MMASC achieves its mission of "Developing People, Developing Communities" by providing practical learning experiences, opportunities for leadership and guidelines for professional practice. Reflective of this mission, MMASC has continued its commitment to its popular scholarship program, providing complementary registration to the following exciting professional development opportunities.

2021 ICMA Annual Conference Scholarships


MMASC is offering two scholarship for first-time ICMA Annual Conference attendees to attend the in-person ICMA 2021 Annual Conference in Portland, Oregon (October 3-6, 2021). Scholarship recipients will receive complimentary conference registration as well as a stipend to cover travel, lodging, and food. The travel stipend will be provided on a reimbursable basis upon submittal of receipts for actual expenses paid.  Scholarship recipients that will be attending the virtual conference will receive complimentary conference registration. Deadline: Monday, July 12, 2021, at 5:00 PM.


2021 MMASC Annual Conference Scholarships
